IQprop investors analyse properties before they buy. When they need insurance, a rental agent, an accountant or a conveyancer, they ask verified vendors to quote — with the property’s details already filled in.

What it costs
Individual
R50a month
Receive requests for quotes in your categories and areas, and quote them. No commission on work you win.
Firm or agency
R2 500a month
Requests for quotes for the firm, plus a Preferred vendor spot: shown first when investors choose vendors in your categories and areas, and in a Preferred vendors panel beside their analysis. Always clearly labelled Sponsored; when several firms qualify, the order rotates fairly.
Prices include VAT. Card only, month to month. Cancel any time.
Categories
Insurance (building and landlord)
Building insurance and landlord cover: rent default, malicious damage, liability.
Insurance intermediaries must be authorised under FAIS. Give your FSP number.
Rental agents (letting and management)
Finding and vetting a tenant, and managing the property and the rent.
Rental agents must be registered with the PPRA and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
Accountants (property-savvy)
Financial statements, tax returns and structuring for property in your name, a company or a trust.
Tell us your professional body (SAICA, SAIPA, SAIT, CIMA, ACCA or another) and your practice or membership number.
Conveyancers and transfer attorneys
Transfer and bond registration at the Deeds Office.
Give your Legal Practice Council admission or practice number.
Home inspectors
An independent inspection before you buy or take over a tenant.
If you belong to a professional body, give its name and your membership number.
Contractors and maintenance
Repairs, maintenance and improvements.
Compliance certificates
Electrical, gas, beetle (entomologist) and plumbing certificates for transfer.
Give your registration — for example your Department of Employment and Labour electrical registration or your SAQCC Gas number.

Tell us what you quote for, where you work and your registration — FSP number, PPRA and Fidelity Fund Certificate, or professional body.
Step 2
We check you
We check your registration before you can receive anything. Investors see what we checked, and when.
Step 3
Subscribe
Once you are verified, subscribe by card, month to month.
Step 4
Quote
Investors’ requests arrive by email with the property details filled in. Quote within 14 days; if they accept, you get their contact details.
Privacy: you see the property and an anonymous reference. The investor’s name, email and phone number reach you only if they accept your quote. Use them only for that job.
